30 Day Return Policy

If in the first 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these easy instructions and we will gladly refund your purchase. First, call Thermique Customer Service (866-469-0426) for a Return Goods Authorization. Next, make sure the unit is in the original packaging, and free from damage. Then, ship the unit via UPS to the Thermique address noted on your Shipping Label and a full refund will be issued.
